Foreign students have no problems in managing their time. More than half of them are average internet users and the rest are mild internet addicts. This is probably due to their social lives. Foreign students are more bond with each other. Perhaps they are far away from their country and cultures, they tend to stick to their people and they are friendlier among other foreigners. They have communities going on in campus and regularly hold events to keep them close together. The foreign students of FCM use internet for studies and research.

Half of the local students are average internet users. Small amount are mild internet addicts and in between are chronic internet addicts. This is also probably due to social lives. Local students stay connected among themselves through the internet. They are more shy compared to foreign students and are more likely to express themselves when they are not facing others. It maybe caused by their current location. Foreign students live in the same neighborhood but local students are mostly living with their families. Local students also frequently play online games compared to foreign students. Local students also use the internet for studies and research. Therefore more time is spent online.
